18th October 2010BRITAIN'S BEST DISHThe 2010 edition of Britain's Best Dish, the television competition for amateur chefs, finished screening on ITV1 recently. The winner was Yorkshire's Jonathon Davies with his exquisite dish of Seared Masala Cannon of Spring Lamb, which wowed the judges at every stage and the public in the final. Jonathon asked me to produce all the photography for his new website which launched following the broadcast of the final.
